1. The athlete must fill the required registration forms and pay phase fees in advance at least one week before a new phase starts.
2. The athlete registered with Sprinters Club must not be registered with any other athletics/sports club without written permission from the Secretary of Sprinters Club.
3. The athlete must not represent any other club/academy/team (except school/college/office) as long as he is a registered athlete of Sprinters Club without a written permission from the Secretary of Sprinters Club. The club will be liable to take legal action against a player, registered with Sprinters Club, representing any other club/academy/team at athletics competitions without written permission from the Secretary of Sprinters Club. (This allows Sprinters Club to have long term coaching plans)
4. The athlete should attend all training sessions unless advised by the coach to rest during an injury. The athlete should notify the club in advance if he/she is not able to attend the training due to other reasons. The training sessions missed due to the athlete’s excuse will not be compensated or repeated in any circumstances.
5. The athlete should arrive at the training sessions on time and with appropriate kit.
6. The athlete must not consume any nutritional supplement or performance enhancing medicine without the consent of the Head Coach. Sprinters Club will not be responsible if an athlete is found consuming any banned substance.
7. The athlete should use the training equipment responsibly and return any equipment in possession of the athlete before leaving the Club.
8. The athlete should strive to maintain the highest standards of discipline, dedication and competitive spirit towards the training and yearn to reach the highest levels.
9. The athlete should maintain a healthy diet and take optimum rest.
10. Any athlete found breaching these rules persistently and deliberately will be expelled from the Club and the fees shall not be refunded.
1. The registration fee shall not be refundable.
2. The coaching fee shall not be transferrable to any other athlete or any other center.
3. Fees once paid shall not be refunded if the sessions were conducted or if the coach reported on the ground but not attended by the athlete.
4. If the athlete has missed sessions due to unavoidable circumstances, or if the sessions have been cancelled by Sprinters Sports Club due to unavoidable circumstances, the fees shall be carried forward to next month/phase.
